In a gripping courtroom testimony that has captured nationwide attention, singer Cassie Ventura has taken the stand to testify against music mogul Sean Combs, widely known as Diddy.
What she shared during the ongoing federal sex trafficking trial has stunned both the public and legal observers.
The case, currently unfolding in a Manhattan courtroom, centers around Combs’ alleged orchestration of abusive and exploitative acts spanning more than a decade.
Cassie, who dated Combs on and off between 2007 and 2018, is now providing emotional and graphic accounts of what she endured during their relationship.

She claims that behind the scenes of their high-profile romance was a disturbing reality defined by manipulation, abuse, and fear.
The singer, who was only 19 when she began dating the then 37-year-old producer, described feeling “trapped” in a relationship where Combs controlled nearly every aspect of her life.
A major focus of her testimony has been the so-called “freak offs” โ organized sexual encounters that Combs allegedly forced her into while he watched or recorded.
According to Ventura, these events would last for days and often left her physically and emotionally drained.
She told the court that she would turn to opiates like ketamine just to “feel numb” and recover from what she had gone through.
Cassie said she suffered chronic urinary tract infections and mouth sores from the encounters, which she described as both traumatic and dehumanizing.

โI got urinary tract infections,โ she revealed, โand sores in my mouth from oral sex during the freak offs.โ
She also claimed that Combs used fake identities for her during these events, including names like Jackie Star and Anita Crawford, to protect his public image.
But the most chilling detail came when Cassie disclosed the one thing she always tried to avoid during these so-called parties.
โI tried to avoid kissing,โ she said. โIt seems too intimate. But [Combs] told me to do it, to kiss the escorts.โ
Cassie explained that the forced kissing felt like the ultimate loss of control, pushing her past the edge of emotional tolerance.
In one horrifying incident, she alleged that Combs instructed a male escort to urinate in her mouth, making her feel like she was choking.
โIt is horrible and disgusting,โ she told the court. โNo one should do that to anyone.โ

She also recounted an incident where Combs dragged her away from friends during her 29th birthday just to perform in another “freak off.”
Her testimony further claims that Combs used these encounters to blackmail her, threatening to release footage if she ever left or dated someone else.
Cassie said the fear of those videos leaking haunted her, describing how it would have โruined everything I worked forโ and made her โlook like a sl*t.โ
During one flight, she said Combs even played one of the explicit videos in front of her as an intimidation tactic.
A surveillance video from a Los Angeles hotel in 2016 โ shown in court โ captured Combs attacking Ventura, dragging her by the hair and kicking her.
He addressed the video last year, calling his actions โinexcusableโ and admitting he was โmessed up.โ

In court, Cassie described the emotional toll: โThe freak offs became a job. There was no time to do anything else but do them then try to recover.โ
โThe longest lasted four days,โ she said. โSignificant periods of time.โ
Cassieโs testimony is part of a broader federal case against Combs, who is facing charges of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion.
He has denied all allegations and pleaded not guilty.
But with each day of testimony, the portrait being painted in court becomes more disturbing and harder to ignore.
