A courtroom in Manhattan has become the stage for one of the most disturbing celebrity trials in years, as Cassie Ventura takes the stand against music mogul Sean โDiddyโ Combs.
The R\&B singer has laid bare years of alleged emotional, physical, and s3xual abus3 at the hands of the man who was once her mentor and partner.
Cassie and Diddy began dating in 2007 when she was just 21, a young pop star being guided through the music industry by one of its biggest names.
But behind the red carpets and platinum records, Cassie says there was a nightmare unfolding.
According to her testimony, Diddy quickly became controlling and violent, dictating nearly every aspect of her life and punishing her when she didnโt comply.

โHe was a scary person,โ she told the court. โHe would be violent if he was upset. I just wanted to keep him calm.โ
One of the most harrowing parts of her testimony centred on what she described as โfreak-offโ parties, twisted and drug fuelled s3x events that Cassie claims were orchestrated by Diddy.
These sessions allegedly involved male escorts and often took place in luxury hotel suites, with Cassie expected to coordinate everything.
โIt became a job,โ she said. โI had the contacts to set it up in hotel rooms, sometimes for days.โ
Cassie revealed that she took ecstasy, mushrooms, and ketamine to cope with the experiences.
โI couldnโt imagine doing any of that sober,โ she added. โSometimes Iโd vomit. Heโd tell me to get up and keep going.โ
The graphic testimony didnโt stop there.
In one of the most shocking revelations, Cassie said she was expected to participate in these sessions even during her period.

โI was expected to have freak-offs on my p3riod,โ she testified. โBlood would get on the linens.โ
She also recalled being urinated on by a male escort while Diddy watched.
โI choked. Too much urin3 in my mouth. I was in a position I couldnโt easily get out of,โ she told the court.
Then came the moment that left the courtroom stunned.
โSean urinat3d on me at the same time,โ she said. โIt was too much. I didnโt want to be doing that.โ
Her testimony painted a picture of a life consumed by fear, submission, and degradation.
โWe used 10 bottles of baby oil,โ Cassie recalled of one event. โEvery five minutes we reapplied.โ
โBaby oil, urin3, blood โ it would all be on the sheets, the furniture,โ she said.
โI felt pretty horrible about myself. I felt disgusting. I felt humiliated.โ
She also described being physically abus3d.
โI had knots on my forehead, black eyes, red eyes, bruises all over my body,โ she said.
Prosecutors claim this was not just about one womanโs trauma.
They argue Diddy created an entire system of abus3 and coercion, hidden beneath the glamor of celebrity and power.
โHe used his fame and influence to exploit and control,โ the prosecution stated.

The defence has attempted to challenge Cassieโs claims by presenting old messages where she appeared enthusiastic about the events.
In one text, she allegedly wrote, โIโm always ready to freak off.โ
But Cassie maintained she was never in control.
โYou donโt have a lot of control at that moment,โ she said in response.
Despite the defenceโs arguments, prosecutors believe Cassieโs testimony is a crucial piece in proving Diddyโs involvement in s3x trafficking and racketeering.
As the trial unfolds, more revelations may emerge.
For now, Cassieโs voice has shattered the illusion of luxury and control that once defined her relationship with Diddy.
Her courage has not only gripped the courtroom but sparked wider conversations about power, silence, and survival in the entertainment industry.
The trial continues.
