Adult performer Bonnie Blue has found herself at the centre of a growing international controversy after being detained during a police operation overseas.
The 26-year-old creator, known online for her provocative stunts and high-profile adult content, had been travelling when officers moved in on a studio she was working in at the time.
Authorities confirmed that Blue, whose real name is Tia Billinger, was among several people taken into custody during the raid. Officers seized cameras, filming tools, medical items and other equipment, prompting speculation from both fans and critics about the seriousness of the investigation.

Before her arrest, Blue continued promoting her brand while abroad, directly addressing followers ahead of a planned appearance.
She told fans,โHey boys, those that are going to Schoolies and to those who are barely legal, cannot wait to meet you โ and Iโm in Bali, so you know exactly what that means.โ
Her promotions often target newly turned 18-year-olds, a marketing strategy that has repeatedly drawn backlash despite her firm denial of misconduct.
Blue has long courted controversy, previously making headlines after claiming she slept with more than 1,000 men in 12 hours. Her bold persona and shock-focused content have kept her in constant conflict with social media critics and regulatory authorities.
But a far more serious development shifted the tone of her latest appearance abroad. Investigators revealed that the raid was triggered by a police tip-off, leading officers to search the studio where she was filming.

Among the items seized were professional cameras, contraceptives, erectile drugs and what police described as an untaxed promotional vehicle linked to her brand.
Blue has strongly rejected accusations that her behaviour is predatory or harmful. In a previous interview, she defended her approach, saying, โThey have chosen to contact me, given consent and allowed me to film. Thereโs lots of talking. I discuss content, pleasure, and what to expect and then during the filming, I ask them what they enjoy.โ
She added, โI understand people may not agree with the content I make; however, that doesnโt make me a predator, nor is my behaviour predatory.โ
Despite her defence, the legal situation has intensified. The country where she was detained enforces strict anti-pornography laws that ban the production and distribution of explicit content, even in private settings.
Police confirmed the investigation is ongoing and that Blue will be summoned for further questioning as evidence is reviewed.

Investigators also seized the contents of her Instagram account, including posts advertising her โbarely legalโ themed events. Immigration analysts say she could be moved to immigration custody and deported, depending on how officials choose to proceed.
As the case moved into its critical stage, officials confirmed the maximum penalty she could face if charged: up to 15 years in prison and fines reaching $359,018.
Blue has been released under supervision, but authorities have confiscated her passport and may keep her in the country until early next year while the investigation continues.
