There’s very little Lily Phillips hasn’t done or at least that’s what her growing fanbase has come to believe.
The 23-year-old adult performer, who skyrocketed to viral fame after participating in a controversial documentary titled I Slept With 100 Men in One Day, has made a name for herself through bold choices and jaw-dropping scenes.
But despite her uninhibited public persona and willingness to push boundaries, Phillips has a strict rule that might leave many of her followers stunned.
In a candid conversation on the Stiff Socks podcast, the British OnlyFans star revealed that there’s one specific act she refuses to do in any scene, no matter how explicit the shoot may be. And surprisingly, it’s not what most would expect.
“I won’t do any kissing on the set,” she told hosts Trevor Wallace and Michael Blaustein. “I’ll say before, ‘No kissing!’”
According to Phillips, the decision isn’t about intimacy or personal boundaries, it’s all about hygiene.
“You can get really ill,” she explained. “I don’t think that’s healthy, to be kissing that many people.”
Her comment sparked curiosity and debate among listeners, especially considering the nature of the content she typically engages in.
While many may assume kissing is tame compared to other acts in adult entertainment, Phillips stands by her reasoning, suggesting that mouth to mouth contact poses a higher risk of transmitting illness than some might think.
In fact, this isn’t the first time her candid views on health and the adult industry have grabbed headlines.
Just last year, Phillips admitted during another interview that she wasn’t aware HIV could be transmitted through oral s*x, a confession that stirred a wave of backlash but also opened up discussions around s*x education in the industry.
Despite her career choice, Phillips has remained vocal about not glamorising the adult industry, particularly for impressionable young women.
“I don’t ever want to encourage young girls into doing this business because they think it’s really quick, easy money,”
she shared in a separate interview on the Getting There podcast with Brogan Garrit-Smith.
When she first launched her OnlyFans account, she earned a staggering $20,000 in her first month and quickly reached a monthly average of $26,000. Still, she’s made it clear that success in the industry is far from guaranteed.
“Everyone’s going, ‘Oh, I earned $43 million last year,’” she said. “Of course, all the young girls are going, ‘Well, why the f*** am I not doing that?’”
Now a household name among adult content consumers, Phillips has focused on reinvesting her income into her future saving to buy a house and growing her business with a professional team behind her.
But even as her career grows, she admits it comes at a social cost.
“Everyone who knows you will think about you so much differently once you start doing [OnlyFans],” she said. “Even though you were probably doing this behind closed doors before, now they just have this perception of you.”
Still, if there’s one thing Lily Phillips is known for beyond the shock factor, it’s her brutal honesty.
Whether she’s discussing her controversial “backdoor challenge” with Tiffany Wisconsin, a scene so intense it landed her co-star in the hospital or breaking down the emotional toll of adult work, Phillips refuses to sugarcoat reality.
