Anthony Loffredo, better known across the world as the “Black Alien,” has stunned fans by revealing what he looked like before his dramatic transformation and the striking confession he made has left people emotional.
The 33-year-old Frenchman, famous for pushing the limits of body modification, admitted that before embarking on his alien inspired journey, he was actually a “very sexy guy.”
Yet despite his handsome appearance, Loffredo shared that he never felt fully at home in his original body.
Loffredoโs journey into extreme transformation started years ago and has included an astonishing list of modifications.
He has had his nose, ears, and even two fingers surgically removed.

He has undergone tongue splitting, turned his eyeballs black, carved alien into his scalp, and implanted metallic structures into his arms.
Even after all these changes, he insists he is only about halfway through his journey and he has even more shocking plans ahead.
Speaking in the Channel 4 documentary The Black Alien Project, Loffredo opened up to filmmaker Arthur Bruel, showing old photographs of himself before any modifications.
Bruel was taken aback by the images, remarking,
“But you were a very good looking guy.”
Loffredo smiled and agreed, adding, “Very sexy guy… but not my real body.”
Despite appearing happy in photos from the past, Loffredo explained that deep inside, he felt disconnected from his physical appearance.
“I am the same person. Same heart. But it was not my real body”

he said, describing the emotional turmoil he faced living in a body that did not reflect who he felt he truly was.
His journey, however, has not been without hardship.
Loffredo has revealed that he often faces discrimination, with some restaurants refusing to serve him on the terrace because of his appearance.
He also struggles to find traditional employment, admitting,
“There is lots of negative stuff. It could be positive because you feel better, but you have to know there is also a dark side.”
Even more shocking to many is that Loffredo is not done yet.He has announced plans to amputate one of his legs to further complete his alien vision, a step he acknowledges is monumental.
“It is something really hard because I have a healthy leg, and an amputation is something big,” he shared candidly.

Despite societal backlash and the physical sacrifices, Loffredo remains deeply committed to his project.
For him, it is about self acceptance, self determination, and living authentically, even if the world does not always understand.
Fans who have seen the Channel 4 documentary were visibly moved, with one viewer commenting,
“At first, I was shocked by Anthonyโs appearance, but by the end, I no longer saw the tattoos or modifications โ I saw his heart.”
While many may not understand his choices, Anthony Loffredoโs story is a powerful reminder that appearances can be deceiving and true identity runs far deeper than the skin.
