Once known for her signature platinum blonde pixie cut, Ellen now sports a brunette hairstyle with subtle salt-and-pepper tones—her most significant appearance change in years.
The video, which begins with the caption “How it started,” shows Ellen attempting to mow the lawn on their sprawling property using a bright yellow riding mower. It then cuts to “How it ended,” with Ellen visibly struggling and needing help. She captioned the video:
“Portia thought it would be fun to film my first time on the mower. She was right.”

Their move hasn’t gone unnoticed by locals. Jeremy Clarkson, former Top Gear host and owner of the village pub The Farmer’s Dog, confirmed the couple are now regulars.
“She lives in the village where our pub is,” Clarkson said in an interview with The Mirror. “Everyone said she has been cancelled, but she seemed very friendly and lovely. I’m not going to believe what I read online. She seemed lovely.”
