Jane Fonda – $70,000
Again, there are decades between these two shots, but actress Jane Fonda famously used surgery to retain her youth. In fact, the star has said, “People looked older back then. I wish I were brave enough to not do plastic surgery but I think I bought myself a decade.”

Janet Jackson has only ever admitted to a nose job, which typically costs between $6,000-$12,000, but many people believe she’s had much more work done. Experts say that Janet appears to have had eyelid surgery and cheek implants, among others.
However, Jackson insists that her plumper cheeks are the result of making sure she doesn’t get too thin. She claims that she wants to age gracefully, albeit with a bit of “zhuzh.”
La Toya Jackson – Unknown
La Toya Jackson hasn’t revealed the exact price of the work she’s had done, but one can speculate, and the number isn’t low… The singer has had eight procedures, including multiple nose jobs, an eyebrow lift, liposuction, a facelift, and breast augmentation.

Kaley Cuoco has no problem talking openly about her procedures, which cost her roughly $12,000. The actress has had a nose job, fillers, and chest augmentation, the latter of which she called the best thing she’s ever done.
Although she’s happy to talk about the work she’s had done, Kaley wants to clarify that she’s only ever undergone procedures for herself. “I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else. But if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing,” she said.

John Travolta hasn’t revealed the price of his plastic surgeries to the public, but it is known that he’s had hair transplants, which cost between $10,000-$50,000.

Sandra Bullock is yet another celebrity who denies having had plastic surgery, despite looking completely different in recent years.

Now, here’s a really infamous case of cosmetic surgery addiction. This is Jocelyn Wildenstein, a socialite who married a billionaire. Wildenstein is more commonly known as the “Cat Woman” and apparently got surgeries to look like a cat because her husband loved big cats…
When Jocelyn and her husband eventually split, the court ordered her to not spend any of her alimony on cosmetic procedures. Alas, that didn’t seem to stop her. Plus, she landed over $2 billion in the split!
Lil’ Kim – $25,000
Another star that ended up splashing out on skin lightening is legendary rapper Lil’ Kim. After a successful hip-hop career, the celeb disappeared and then came back with a totally different look. Lil’ Kim had cheek implants, lip filler, nose jobs, liposuction, and chest implants.
But, that wasn’t the end. Later, the rapper posted a picture on her Instagram, showing her much lighter skin. Sadly, the star also suffers from low self-esteem, saying, “All my life men have told me I wasn’t pretty enough.”
