Chelsea Robinson has spent over a decade transforming her appearance, and her dedication to cosmetic procedures shows no signs of slowing down.
The London-based influencer, who began her career as a glamour model, revealed that her journey started at just 18 years old when she booked her first breast augmentation. Surrounded by models with curvier figures, Robinson admitted feeling the pressure to change her body.
“I kind of fell into lingerie modelling, but I felt like I wasn’t competing with the other glamour models that I was seeing,” she shared. “I had no boobs, I had like an A-cup, so I wanted to look like everyone else.”

From there, surgeries became a regular part of her life. Over the years, she underwent multiple breast augmentations, with her most recent implants weighing nearly a kilogram each. She estimates she has spent more than £105,000 — roughly $140,000 — on procedures to achieve her desired look.
But not all of her experiences were smooth. In 2019, Robinson made the decision to travel to the Dominican Republic for butt implants, believing she had found the perfect place for the operation.
What happened next was something she never expected.
Shortly after returning home, Robinson went to the gym for a workout. While squatting, she felt something unusual in her leg.

“My leg went all tingly, and I felt something come out,” she recalled. “My implant was hanging.”
The implant had slipped out from under her muscle, leaving Robinson shocked and horrified. She described the ordeal as “horrendous” and confessed that she deeply regretted ever going through with the procedure.
“If I knew all the ins and outs, I would have never got the bum implants because that was the worst, absolute worst journey I’ve ever been through, and it wasn’t worth it,” she admitted.
Repairing the damage didn’t come cheap. Robinson had to spend over $85,000 on corrective surgeries to fix the implants and recover from the experience.

Yet despite the trauma, she is not ready to give up on cosmetic enhancements.
Robinson made it clear that while bum implants are now off the table, other procedures remain part of her plans. She explained that striving for the “perfect look” can be almost addictive.
“There’s always something else you need, you want, or something that could make you look better,” she said. “It’s almost like adrenaline, and I feel like that’s what you’re chasing as well.”
Her story is a mix of warning and insight — a journey marked by ambition, regret, and determination. Even after implants “fell out” in the gym and an $85,000 repair bill, Chelsea Robinson remains committed to chasing the look she envisions, showing how powerful the pursuit of perfection can truly be.
