Lily Phillips has never shied away from the spotlight, often blurring the lines between daring performance and public controversy.

The 23 year old British adult star, who rose to global fame after documenting a day-long escapade involving over 100 men, has been no stranger to pushing limits.
Her previous viral video, “I Slept With 100 Men in One Day,” not only sparked endless debate but also left her visibly emotional, as she opened up about feeling dissociated during the act.
“I disassociated so badly… I was really unhappy with myself,” Phillips previously admitted in tears.
Despite the mental toll of her earlier challenge, Phillips insisted she felt empowered by her career.
She even hinted at future plans to break the standing record of being with 1,000 men in a single day—currently held by Bonnie Blue, surpassing Lisa Sparks’ 2004 record.

This time, the footage revealed behind the scenes content from her so-called “Backdoor Challenge,” an act that she claimed took months of planning.
Unlike previous events, this challenge featured not just Phillips, but fellow performer Wisconsin Tiff. a seasoned veteran of the adult industry with over 20 years of experience.
The pair reportedly engaged in a highly graphic session involving 50 men each, with safety protocols, snacks, water stations, and even “pep talks” delivered before the shoot.
Although the footage was promoted as consensual, controlled, and professionally organized, many online users found it disturbing.
One viewer commented, “Hopefully someday you learn to respect yourself, sweetie…”
Another called it “foul,” questioning, “What’s wrong with these lads?”
But the real shock came when Tiff, who participated in the challenge alongside Phillips, revealed the painful aftermath.
In a TikTok video that has since gone viral, Tiff shared that the challenge left her needing reconstructive surgery, saying, “Wouldn’t recommend.”
“Sitting on ice packs,” she captioned a later post, visibly in pain 36 hours after surgery.
She explained, “With this line of work I’m in, it needs to look perfect. So here I am at the surgery place.”
Though she didn’t fully detail her injuries, she did mention the need for stitches and a painful recovery period.
Despite skeptics claiming the stunt was a publicity hoax, Tiff doubled down, replying to critics in her comment section, “It’s not.”
Phillips has not responded to the backlash but remains defiant in defending her career choices.
She continues to insist that her work is empowering and that her experiences no matter how extreme are valid and her own.
