White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has captured hearts and headlines after a candid photo of her working while feeding her baby went viral just days before Motherโ€™s Day.

The image, shared by senior Trump aide Margo Martin, shows the 27-year-old press secretary multitasking in the most relatable way.

With her right hand, she types away at her desk. In her left arm, she cradles her nine-month-old son Niko.

Martin posted the now iconic shot on X with the caption:

โ€œWalked in to @PressSec typing with one hand, and feeding her son with the other. Super Mom!โ€

Within hours, the photo exploded online, amassing over 9 million views on X and triggering an outpouring of admiration across Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Social media users were quick to react:

โ€œWhat a boss mom!!โ€, one user wrote.

โ€œSheโ€™s the best Press Sec weโ€™ve ever had,โ€ said another.

โ€œPowerful woman. Inspirational,โ€ added a third.

But for Leavitt, this moment of viral fame is just another day balancing diapers and diplomacy.

Having given birth to baby Niko on July 10, 2024, Leavitt didnโ€™t take long to return to the White House. In February, she shared a glimpse of her routine via Instagram:

โ€œWork at White House, baby bedtime routine, and then @seanhannity at 9pm.โ€

A full schedule, no doubt, but one she tackles with tireless energy.

Leavitt is no stranger to high pressure roles. She began her political career as a White House intern during President Donald Trumpโ€™s first term, later joining Kayleigh McEnanyโ€™s press team.

Now, sheโ€™s made history as the youngest press secretary to ever serve in the White House.

Despite her meteoric rise, Leavitt has remained open about the challenges of juggling motherhood and politics. Speaking with the Christian Broadcasting Network, she admitted:

โ€œI think every working mother understands the demands. No matter where you are, what you’re doing, there is a sense of guilt.โ€

She added,

โ€œI try to make it home for bedtime as much as I can throughout the week. I spend every second that I possibly can with my son when Iโ€™m home.โ€

Married in January 2025 to 59 year old real estate developer Nicholas Riccio, Leavittโ€™s personal life has also drawn public interest. The couple, who share a 32 year age gap, welcomed Niko just months before Trumpโ€™s second inauguration.

Addressing the attention, Leavitt said,

โ€œHeโ€™s my best friend and my rockโ€ฆ Heโ€™s built a successful business, and now heโ€™s fully supportive of me building my success in my career.โ€

While critics have questioned whether the photo was staged for political appeal, supporters argue itโ€™s just a glimpse into Leavittโ€™s reality, one that resonates with millions of working mothers.

The viral moment has now cemented Karoline Leavitt not just as a press secretary, but as a symbol of modern motherhood in American politics.

Whether fielding press questions or midnight feedings, sheโ€™s proving that women can hold both the podium and their baby and do it with grace.
