Science Reveals How Many Monthly Releases Men Need for Good Health

Health experts are pointing to an unexpected factor that could play a role in protecting men from one of the most common cancers in the world.

Researchers have been studying lifestyle habits for years to find ways to lower the risk of prostate cancer, but now, a surprising new focus is taking center stage.

The research is based on long-term studies following thousands of men across decades, looking closely at their routines, health, and one activity in particular that might help.

According to scientists at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Womenโ€™s Hospital, there appears to be a strong connection between how often men eja**late and their risk of prostate cancer.

One study, published in European Urology, followed over 32,000 men for 18 years and found a consistent trend. Men who reported more frequent eja**tion saw a noticeable drop in their risk of developing the disease.

Dr. Anne Calvaresi, chair of the Urology Care Foundationโ€™s Prostate Health Committee, explained,

โ€œEja**ation may help flush out harmful chemicals that build up in semen,โ€

adding that healthier habits could also play a role.

The data suggests that the benefits are not limited to one type of sexual activity. Whether itโ€™s with a partner, through mast*rbati0n, or even from a spontaneous wet dream, the health effects appear to be the same.

Experts believe that frequent release might help reduce inflammation in the prostate and remove harmful substances before they can cause problems.

After years of research, scientists have put a number to it. Studies show that men who eja**late at least 21 times a month had up to a 20 to 36 percent lower risk of prostate cancer compared to those who did it just four to seven times.

Dr. Daniel Kelly, a prostate cancer researcher, said,

โ€œThis could help reduce inflammation or boost immune defense within the prostate.โ€

While the findings are encouraging, researchers stress that this is not a guaranteed cure and should not replace other important steps like regular checkups and a healthy lifestyle.

The conclusion is simple but striking. Science now suggests that around 21 monthly ejac*lati0ns โ€” roughly five to seven times a week could be linked to a reduced risk of prostate cancer, a finding that may change the way men think about their health.
