The event has come back into the spotlight on social media, featuring the Indecent Proposal actress, who was 19 at the time, celebrating the 15th birthday of her General Hospital co-star Philip Tanzini.
Moore portrayed Jackie Templeton on the popular U.S. soap from 1982 to 1984, while Tanzini took on the role of Jeremy Hewitt from 1979 to 1982.
The video is said to have been recorded in 1982 and first broadcast on Entertainment Tonight, according to MailOnline.
Uploaded to YouTube in January 2012, it has garnered an impressive 8.7 million views since then.
The complete footage reveals Moore attempting to kiss Tanzini on three distinct occasions during the night.
In the video, Moore who was married to Freddy Moore at the time expresses her affection for her co-star, referring to him as one of her “favorite people”
She expresses: “I adore Philip and he’s the sole one I cherish…” He holds a special place in my heart, truly one of my favorite individuals…
“He’s absolutely amazing and I genuinely adore him.”
Tanzini reveals, “By the way, we’re planning to get married, but keep it a secret from her husband.”
Moore then enthusiastically declares: “I can’t wait.”
Since the footage’s unearthing people have been taking to social media and describing it as ‘weird’ and ‘disturbing.’
One viewer wrote: ““This kiss wasn’t a quick peck on the cheek or even the lips. It wasn’t a one-time thing, either”
