‘She Knows Everything’ Woman in Viral Kiss Cam Clip Sparks New Twist in Astronomer CEO Scandal

A seemingly innocent concert moment has exploded into a full-blown corporate scandal, capturing the attention of millions online. It all started at a Coldplay concert in Boston, where the iconic kiss cam turned its lens on two executives from the same company.

But the real story isn’t just about the kiss. It’s about the silent observer beside them—whose icy expression launched a thousand memes and a flurry of questions.

Andy Byron, CEO of Astronomer, a New York-based data platform company, and the company’s Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot were seen standing closely together when the kiss cam spotlight landed on them.

The pair awkwardly avoided the camera, sparking immediate rumors of a workplace affair. What added fuel to the fire was the fact that Byron is married with two children. And Cabot heads the HR department at the same company.

As the drama played out online, the personal fallout escalated behind the scenes. Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, an educator in Massachusetts, removed his last name from her social media profiles and later deactivated her Facebook account.

But as clips from the concert went viral, internet sleuths shifted their focus.

A third woman, seated right next to the duo, suddenly became the centerpiece of the story. Her frozen, stone-faced expression didn’t just go unnoticed. It became the internet’s obsession.

Social media users dubbed her the “She knows everything” woman, with viral captions like “She’s already planning her two-week notice” and “She knew the whole time.”

Within days, the internet identified the woman as Alyssa Stoddard, who joined Astronomer in January 2025 as Senior Director of People. According to her LinkedIn, she works directly with Cabot and was enthusiastic about the company’s culture. Her previous roles include stints at Proofpoint, Neo4j, Observe.i, and a board position with the Little Sparks Project.

Despite the viral assumptions, Astronomer clarified, “Alyssa Stoddard was not at the event, and no other Astronomer employees were in the video.” in a public statement.

The woman seated beside the pair remains unidentified, and Stoddard has been officially cleared of any involvement in the viral incident. However, the internet’s obsession with the “knowing look” remains intact. The meme culture continues, and so does the scrutiny on corporate behavior in the digital age.

What started as a spontaneous kiss cam moment turned into a tale of speculation, mistaken identity, and executive consequences, proving once again that in today’s world, nothing stays private when the whole internet is watching.
